Jij doet toch ook mee aan het gratis Gezondheidsonderzoek?

Werk je op een plek waar veel vliegtuig- en dieseldampen zijn? Dan kun je meedoen met een gezondheidsonderzoek. Dit onderzoek helpt ons te zien of deze dampen slecht zijn voor je gezondheid.

Aanmelden kan via de uitnodiging die je van ons krijgt. In de e-mail staat alles wat je moet weten en een vragenlijst. Deze lijst mag je invullen waar je maar wilt. Dat kan thuis of op het werk.

Na het invullen van de lijst, maak  je een afspraak voor een extra onderzoek. Daar praat je met een keuringsarts die jou advies geeft. Hoe je dit doet, lees je in de uitnodiging.

Jouw gezondheidsinformatie houden wij geheim. Alleen jij ziet de uitslag.
We willen deze informatie gebruiken om te leren, maar alleen als jij dat goed vindt.

Meedoen is vrijwillig en gratis.
Het helpt jou en ons om te weten hoe we jou beter kunnen beschermen op het werk.

You’re participating in the Free Health Check, right?

Working where lots of plane and diesel fumes are? If so, you can participate in a health check. This check helps us see if these fumes are bad for your health.

Participating is possible via de invitation you receive from us. The email will tell you all you need to know and a questionnaire. You can fill out this list wherever you want, at home or work.

After filling it out, you make an appointment for an extra check. There, you’ll talk to a examination doctor who gives you advice. How to do this, you’ll read in the invite.

Your health information, they keep secret. Only you see the result.  We want to use this information to learn, but only if you agree.

Joining is voluntary and free of charge. It helps you and us to know how we can better protect you at work.
